Issues Without Borders 

Issues Without Borders is a youth orgnization that focuses on refugees and human rights. IWB was founded in 2013 by Patricia.

 Patricia Casandra Papuc  is the president of IWB, holds a law degree and has published several academic papers in international journals. Nonetheless she has worked for the United Nations Office for Project survices in Denmark.

Patricia Casandra Papuc has attended a number of international conferences regarding international law and human rights issues. She was invited at CIFE Summer Programme. The 15th edition organised by CIFE. Which is a private institution of higher education & research, founded in 1945. The programme was focused on migration and refugees across Europe. The programme gathered students from different countries such as France, Bulgaria, Italy, Netherlands, Ecuador. The presentations was about security migration, terrorism, & weapons.
Patricia Casandra Papuc's presentation was on IWB (Issues Without Borders) for refugees:actions to raise awareness on the refugee issue. And present the first promotional clip,from the first international conference on human rights that was organised by IWB in Timisoara in November 2017. Nonetheless "Refugee D' Amour " a short film about a Syrian woman who obtained the refugee status in France. The short film meant to show a different side of the refugee life and it aimed to raise sensitivity for refugees among people.
In 2018 Patricia Casandra Papuc attended another international conference the Nicolae Titulescu annual students conference: Constant.

The conference was an opportunity for undergraduate & graduate students and present studies in interdisciplinary fields such as legal sciences, economic, social & administration sciences.
Patricia Casandra Papuc's presentation was on "Non Governmental Orgnizations Role in raising Awareness on the Refugee Issue". She introduced Issues Without Borders to the audience about IWB' platform & it's team, with a description of IWB for refugees, it's current project meant to propose changes to the current EU legislation on asylum. The presentation was focused on how to raise awareness on the refugee issue. She described some of the activities conducted by IWB like Issues Without Borders was present at the international conference on migration organised by European Parliament. And IWB organised an international human rights conference"Let's talk about Refugees" in Timisoara(Romania).
After the presentation president of IWB Patricia Casandra Papuc answered the questions of students about migration & refugees, about actions to raise awareness and the future of Europe in terms of migration.
