What is migraine?
Pain in some parts of the head or all of it. If it is constant in one side of the head, it is called a migraine. Its types are many, and its causes are different. The origin of the headache is the heat of the head, and its protection from the steam that circulates in it, seeking to penetrate the head, but it does not find an outlet, so it gives it a headache.
1 - Covering the head with henna
Ibn Majah narrated in his Sunan a hadith whose authenticity is questionable: Whenever the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, suffered from a headache, he would cover his head with henna and say: “It is beneficial, by God’s permission, for headaches.”
The hadith in Sunan Ibn Majah: “He would not suffer from an ulcer or a thorn except that he would apply henna to it.” Ibn al-Sunni in al-Tibb and Abu Nu`aym in al-Tibb also narrated on the authority of Abu Hurayrah: “Whenever revelation came to him, he would have a headache, so he would wrap his head with henna.”
Al-Bukhari narrated in his history and Abu Dawud in his Sunan that no one complained to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, about a headache except that he said to him: “Have cupping done,” and no one complained to him about a pain in his feet except that he said to him: “Dye your hair with henna"

Henna is useful for improving the quality of nails
No one can think of the benefits of henna on nails, but in fact, treating nails with henna is a wise choice. The skin and the space under the nails is a major place for bacterial infection. Applying henna directly to the nail bed helps get rid of infection, reduce pain and irritation. Drinking water soaked with henna leaves also prevents cracking and inflammation of the nails.
Anti-aging properties
The benefits of henna also extend to anti-aging properties. Henna oil and juices can be used on the skin to reduce signs of aging and wrinkles. It also reduces the appearance of scars and spots. The antiviral and antibacterial properties protect the skin, which is the largest organ in the body.
Wound healing
This is one of the most prominent uses of henna. Henna, due to its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, protects the skin from infection and inflammation. It is applied to burns, wounds and scratches, as it not only provides a protective layer, but also protects against foreign pathogens, and with its cooling abilities, it cools the heat from the skin.
Relieves Headaches
Henna juice applied directly to the head provides quick relief from headaches. The anti-inflammatory property reduces stress and improves blood flow in the capillaries.
Henna flowers have been found to be very effective in treating headaches and migraines.
One simple home remedy is to dip henna flowers in vinegar and then rub them on the forehead to relieve pain quickly.
Regulates Blood Pressure
Drinking henna water and seeds helps regulate blood pressure and relieve stress on the cardiovascular system. It also prevents the buildup of plaque in the arteries, preventing heart attacks.
Detoxification
Henna is also seen as an effective detoxifying agent. Soak henna bark or leaves in water and drink the liquid. Henna has been shown to improve the health of the spleen and liver. 3 - Bandaging head with a bandage
In it: On the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, addressed us, and he had wrapped his head with a bandage.
In Sahih: It is mentioned that he said during his deathbed: “And his head!” “1” He used to wrap his head during his illness, and wrapping the head is beneficial for migraine pain and other headaches.
4 - The marjoram
The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: "Use marjoram, for it is good for colds," and colds are "colds."
Colds are one of the causes of headaches, as they inflame the sinuses, which sometimes start headaches.
As for the benefits of marjoram, we have taken what is sufficient for us in this topic necessarily.
Fresh marjoram herbs contain a high percentage of vitamin C, so it is a wonderful drink to combat colds and flu. It is also used to treat coughs, as it works to remove congestion and protects against viral infections, bronchitis and sinusitis, as well as headaches. It also relieves inflammation of the larynx and pharynx. It is also an effective treatment for asthma. This is done by boiling marjoram leaves, and it can be used for children and adults.
Contraindications to drinking marjoram
Like other herbs, overdoing it can be harmful to health, as many doctors warn against eating marjoram during pregnancy, and it is also advised not to eat it in excess during breastfeeding. Marjoram can also cause an allergic reaction in some people who are allergic to other herbs such as thyme, sage, mint, and lavender.

On the authority of Salma, the freed slave of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace: “No one complained to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, of a pain in his head except that he said: Have cupping done, nor of a pain in his feet except that he said: Dye them" meaning with Henna.
